Legal Question in Business Law in India
sir, some of mu checqes of icici bank was stlon and i have stopped all of them but one checqe of them is in clearing for my account, and that checque was also stopped and bank returned that that to party, and now that party logged a case on me for checque stop payment(138), sir have also have that party checque but all are sign missmatched. now what can i do in my protest? reply on [email protected]

In this case you need to produce your evidence and contest the case.
