Hello sir, I want to open an online business related to statistical analysis in medical field... In this, I will get my website designed and then through this only, I will get the customers who want to get their analysis done.... I will complete the work and submit it back through website... Sir, I want to ask whether I require to take any legal permission to start this...

You need to describe the entire work which you will do online. (What kind of analysis it wll be. Then only a correct opinion can be given, if it falls within medical regulations or not.

You also need to write legal clause and disclaimers in the website before make it online.
