Legal Question in Business Law in India
Sir, I along with the owner of my compnay have fabricated some documents to get order from a Govt. company, this was done on order/ mutual consent between the owner of company and me.
All fabricated Documents were submitted by the owner under his signature
Now if I bring this issue out to Vigilance department, what will be my position.
