Legal Question in Business Law in India
Sir, I am a partner of 10% share in aregd partnership firm of our family and under firm we are running a factory. The land is on the name of our firm because it was purchased through a court-decree from one of our retired ex-partner, by our firm through its partners(us). In patwaris record(jamabandi), I am also a shareholder of 10% land-part and according to them I can sell my 10% share of land individually at any time on the behalf of that jamabandi (patwaris record).
Now my question is that, can I sell legally my 10% share of land or the whole land will be sold by the firm not by individuals?

If the 10% land can be separated from other part without any hindrance then you can sell the same with the consent of other partners.
