Legal Question in Business Law in India
sir i am prashant, i trade mark a name music concert some time ago and was planning to do Indian music concert, i was doing it in February 2013 but someone else launched it in newspaper and is doing this in December 2012.when i talked to my lawyer he told that i have trademark for the name of music concert so no one can use this word in sence of music related activity.
so please guide me , can i send him a notice for using my trade name or what should i do can i take stay on his event. please reply me as soon as possible because i have very less time.

you must immidiatly file a suit of injunction against that guy for infringing you IP right on the trademark and seek exparte stay atleast.
