Legal Question in Business Law in India

sir,good evening,with respectfully i want to invite your kind attention towards that
i made a business partnership in nov 2008 in the name of (moonlight fancy mirror)in pune(maharashtra).
both partner purchased a plot and constructed in pune(maharashtra)and it is registered in the name of both partners.
my partner used to tease now and then directly and indirectly and i became ill in jan 2012 with severe mental disease dysthymia.
my partner disturbed me too much and i returned my home in April month 2012
my partner retired me from partnership without prior notice and sent the details of business settlement from his end.market dealings bills are not fully enclosed.
a scorpio 4wheeler was purchased from the earning of business but that vehicle is registered with partner's name.he did not mention the said 4wheeler in the one way settlement.
my partner established his own new name firm of same work and doing business on the same place/property.
my partner desires to depart me from firm since my return date April 2012 in the settlement of the business. i am at home in U.P.
kindly brief me about above dispute settlement.
*may i file a sue against my partner about the mentioned severe disease.
