Legal Question in Business Law in India
Sir,I approach one trader on web site & give him order for supply of hand gloves of Rs.150000/-.We confirmed terms on teliphonic talk I transfer 150000/- by net banking in advance but I do not get delivery.He is not attending my call & send massage "call you" He is in Delhi & I am in Mumbai.We never meet each other.What can I do in this case,Please guide.Thank you.

i agree with Adv Gupta adding if you know his name and address you can file police complaint for cheating u/s 420 IPC also.
