I am santosh Mittal from rajasthan india. Sir i am a partner in a firm nameed S B BRICKS UDYOG in rajasthan india. We are 4 partners in this firm scince 6 years. We have a rajistered partnership deed but our firm is not rajistered. We give only income tax and leez tax. Now my remaining partners in this firm wants to remove from this firm but they could not sattled my account. So i wants to a court case on this firm. So sir please advise me which act is use to case on this firm.
