Legal Question in Business Law in India

I am a small business man .I have purchased some item from a factory .they promised to assist 10 days to interduse product in the market and taken on blank cheque as a security cheque after that they are not send any one to help to sell the new product but they taken payment of two cheque. One cheque paida some of 25000 another cheque bounced now I want return all items but noboady willing come and take back the un sold items now they send legal notice under ipc138

Now they called by phone andinforming to present the security cheque which I have given as a blank cheque I am no able to sell the products with out their field staff please advice
