Legal Question in Business Law in India
You sold a shipment of goods to ABC Company and received a bill of exchange for it. But now you find that the bill has been dishonoured. Can you sue ABC Company? What would your rights be in a court of law in this scenario? answer must be about1000-1500 words explaining about the scenario of the particular case

You seem to be a weak student of law . I would suggest not pursue law as your vocation because you would remain somebodys junior in your entire career .
