you sold a shipment of goods to a company and received a bill of exchange for it.but now you find that the bill has been dishonoured.can you sue the company? what would your rights be in a cout of law in this scenario?

Yes you ca sue the company. You have two remedies available to punish and recover the amount from the company.

instead of following absurd advice, you may serve a legal notice to the default company within one month of dishonour of the bill and thereafter, you may go for a complaint under negotiable instruments act and also file a suit for recovery.
