Legal Question in Business Law in India
I want to start my own computer classes in my flat at virar and the society is saying that it is not allowed. Just want to know is it legal what my society is doing ? I am ready to pay extra maintenance charges if applicable.

The law is if you want to do any commercial activity in the residential society you have to obtained their permission and the society or its Managing committee can refuse permission. You also have to pay commercial taxes to the muncipal and other authorities.
