Legal Question in Business Law in India
I want to start a FM radio station in south of India. What sort of license can i apply to the governement. I read an article stating that we dont need to get licensee if the transmission/broadcasting is limitted. i need more details regarding this. what are the limits if i want a license free station? kindly help me.
