Legal Question in Business Law in India
I want to start Multi Level Marketing (MLM) business.
I will not join any of this company but I want to build my own MLM company.
Is Multi Level Marketing business illegal in India?
Companies like Amway, Dewsoft, RCM are already running with their own MLM plan ,I want to establish like same of this.

MLM is not illegal in India... You can surely run a company with such objects and working.
First most step for it would be to create a compnay / form a company, wherein all the objects, working , procedures would be defined.
