Stop payment
Respected Sir,
I have small business, i have issued cheque to my employer for payment, once he get cheque, he left the job without intimation. i got loss in my project which he handled. i did stop the payment through bank for his cheque.
As per our organization rule he can not left the job with out one month notice period. but he had left job after second day of getting payment cheque.
Now he apply court case on our company for stop payment.
We have his signed paper at time of job joining.
Here we request you please advice us, what we do, can we settle this case or can we fight this case?

You may better avoid fighting and try to reach an amicable settlement.
