Legal Question in Business Law in India
i suppied plywood from my factory in delhi to dealer in harayana i am having the bill and form 38 of receiving goods in harayana . now dealer is not paying me for the good supplied by me what can i do ?can u draft a legal notice for this

You can file a Civil Suit for recovery of the amount, however before initiating the recovery process serve a legal notice to the dealer and ask for the payment, if he does fail to do so. Only remedy available is to approach Court.
