Re : supply of goods

Sir,

my question is that the company has stopped supplying goods for the last two years although notice has been issued to them, but no reply received from the company also two cheques are lying with them. As such i am suffering business loss kindly help me what legal action can be taken against the company.

I would advice you to go for amicable settlement.

You should meet the concerned people and find a solution to this.

You should try to work out for an amicable out of court settlement. The litigation may be expensive and time consuming and may cause you more harm than good. You should consider litigation only as a last resort but keeping in mind that the results of court cases are always uncertain. If you still want to take legal action, you may need to engage a local lawyer.
