surety cheque
I had taken a distributorship of a company for which they had asked us for three post dated cheques for surety . due to some reason the mou got disolued ,I had made all the payments through cheque for all the purchases,that I had made despite this,they got my surety cheques bounced and filed a case against me.please tell me if this case can be in my favour or not.
