Legal Question in Business Law in India

i own a textile co. ,i'm a garment supplier. i put my agent in charge, saying that he could do all acts and carry out the business on behalf of me while i was in north america on a business trip. i left on the 1st of july 2012, and he entered in \to various contracts with large companies and made one huge order of 10000m on 28th july that is impossible to complete.I returned back on the 26th of july,2012 and my agent was out carrying out the business till the 3rd of august. i tried several times to contact him when i was back. when he returned and informed me about the large order, i was rather upset and i wish not to be bound by the contract.Since i returned on the 26th, there is an implied revocation of contract. What legal can i take in the court of law?
