total disclosure
what can we instruct our employees(in a company) so that they disclose every thing voluntarily, as in we want to encourage a sense of disclosure so that nothing remains hidden from the management.

It would be more beneficial to you if you could insist upon the employees to sign a non-disclosure agreement
