Trade mark and Registered mark

Im having a company which is registered under the companies act. And i am using the name of the company in a short form. BUT i recieved a call from other compnay saying that they have a trade mark for the name logo and colour and that i cant use the name. My company name is already registered and im using the same. In regards to logo and colour they are different and they have clarified saying that they have issue only with the name! So could you please hepl me as to how i could sort this issue out?

In trade mark, similarities between two marks is essential, second thing, first in use, has right to use the mark, then later in use.

Second things, under what class your mark is registered, and under what class the other persons marks is registered is also important.

So for all this, you will need to confrant advocate with all details.

without seeing the difference and all details it is difficult to advice you becos the trade marks laws are very technical and very small things can change the scenario
