Legal Question in Business Law in India
In UAE, we are starting an LLC company with 4 partners. Out of them, 2 will be in UAE and the remaining 2 will be in India. Should the partners in India hold a valid UAE residence visa.

not only visa, the LLC cannot be formed unless the indians are residents at UAE.
