Sir, Vehicle Financing is risky business. You need more muscle power, than paper power. If you have muscles, you do not require paper.

However, as a lawyer, I need to suggest that you should contact a good Advocate in the city you wish to do business, and get the whole structure in place. Over this email, you cannot advice on the nuts and bolts of preparing of agreements and the applicable laws.

This is unwise for you and me.

The Essential thing in the whole process is hypothecation, power of attorney and also complaince of registration of hypothecation with registration authorities. We have see, what sort of vehicles you are going to finance and then prepare the documents accordingly.

We presume that while using the word Company means the private limited/public limited company.

Opition I

You can incorporate a private /pblic limited company uner the Companies Act, 1956. In addition to incorporating a company under the Companies Act, you are also required to obtain the permission from reserve bank of India also.

Option II

However you may also apply for the DSA of some bank on commission basis, if your proposed budgeted investment is low.

In both the above circumstances you are required to obtain PAN, TAN and service Tax registration no.
