Legal Question in Business Law in India
I am working in a company as accountant the co. has put in CCTV camer with voice recorder in our room which capturing me & my assitant only. please tell it is legally put CCTV on us it is not violation of law.

Yes. It is infringement of your right to privacy. You approach a lawyer in your area and send a notice asking at least to remove the voice recorder.

Yes the company for its safety can take any precaution. As you are in accounts you may be handling cash and cheque transactions. If you are honest you needn't worry.
