Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
there is 22 acres of land found now in the names of my grandfathers. presently on that land stands a dsp office and a judge bonglow, but still the 7/12 record shows names of my grand father and no record of any govt aquisition what would be the case , what should i do

You need to take complete and detailed search. including all the mutation entries, and then one needs to go through them. Only thereafter a proper advise can be given. The search needs to be taken from the date your grandfather bough the land till today, to identify devolution of title.
