Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
we are 3 brothers and 3 sisters. our parents are no more. our house was in the name of our mother. we have made relinquishment deed where all 3 sisters relinquish their property right from the house. now we 3 brothers are co owner of the house property. but the elder brother was not interested to partition the said house property. he has 2 floors and remaining 2 brothers have 2 floors.
