Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
we are 4 children 2 brothers and 2 sisters. father and month alive. no will yet made. owns family property and threatening to sell without consulting to us.if he sell out the property what shall we do? how we are entitled for the share?

in case the parents are alive and the property stands in the name of any of them and it is their self acquired property, they may bequeath the same to any one but if it is a joint family property, in that situation, you all are entitled for an equal share.
