Dear sir,
I got married on 19-aug-04, eversince i got married by in-laws are ill-treating me . Within this 3years I was so humiliated. after 8 months of my marriage my wife went to her hometown for delivery after 1 year she came back and since my in laws are with us avoiding our privacy and cohabation. When i stopped talking to them finally they took the girl along with them. when i sent a legal notice asking her to come back they responded to my notice asking me to send a maintainance amount of 20 thousand per month since i have not done they filed a maintainance case . so i need your suggestion how to go out of this crunch situation

Your in-laws have no right to claim maintainance. Amount of maintainance could be calculated on the basis of earning of parties.Talk to your wife and if necessity arise file case for restitution of conjugal rights.In case of need contact with details.Professional charges are applicable.

face the case and fight it out. the maintainance is awarded as per ur salary and not otherwise so dont worry that much
it is adviced to personally consult a lawyer

Yes they can file a maintenance suit. Talk to your wife and file a conjugal rights suit.
