Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I(56) have filed case under domestic voilance act in October'2010 and got the ro in february'2011 though my husband (62) has sold my house in January'2011. In this case my husband has denied having any relationship with me and my son as he is totally in control of his mistress.

I have all the evidences of marriage like photo, invitation card,id and address proof in my favour with 125 CRPC court order of Rs.500/p.m. in my favour. I have also filed case for legally married wife declaration in september'2012.My husband has denied our relation and accepted mistress and his son as their real family members.

My husband has put objection on the above ro.

But the court has recently ordered him to put the final objection under domestic voilance act.

Wheather it mean the judgement day is soon . I have also applied for monetary relief.I have all id and photos ,letters, greeting cards written byhim duly stamped by respective post offices.

Please Suggest what i can do to protect my interest.
