Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
4 legitimate daughters and 2 illegitimate children(son and daughter) are in. How can distribute ancestral property between them. First wife and father dead and concubine is alive. Will exists to give property to grandson.

illegitimate children may only claim the share of their father's property and have no claim in ancestral property.
