1989 me maine invest ki drishti se ek agriculture plot Alwar(Raj.) mein apni bhabhi ke naam se 8000/- mein purchase kiy. jisaka payment maine mere cheque se property Dealer ko kar diya. kuchh dino baad plot ki regitry meri bhabhi ke naam se ho gaye . tabhi se registry bhabhiji ke pas he rakhi hui hal.
unhone kaha ki jab bhi tum chaho is plot ko sale kar dena mein signature kar dungi. ab lagbhag 20-22 yrs. baad jab maine plot ko bechane ki sochi to unhone signature karane se mana kar diya . aur kaha ki yah plot to mere nam hai aur mera he hai, yaha ya h clear karana jaroori hai ki ab us plot ki value lagbhag
20 Lac rupees ho chuki hai. so pls. bataye ki mein us cheque ki counter file se koi legal karyavahi bhabhi ke agianst kar sakata hui. pls. help me.
