Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

1981 mein urban improvement trust mein plot allotment ke liye form diya. form ke ek clause ke mutabik affidavit dena tha ki " mere athava meri patni/ bachche athava mujh per ashrit kisi bhi vyask ke naam se rajasthan mein koi plot nahin hai. chunki mein us samay unmarried tha. lekin maine uproktanusar affidavit de diya tatha mujhe plot bhi allote ho gaya. kya unmarried hone ki stithi mein mere dwara diya gaya yeh affidavit illegal to nahin hai. kya iski vajah se mujhe kanooni samasya ka samana karana pad sakata hai.

Jab aap avaiwaheet akele they aur aapnay us waqt sahee affidavit diya tha, aapnay koi gair kaanooni kaam nahee kiya hai. Aap kay khilaaf koi kanooni samasya khadee nahee kee ja saktee. Befikar raho aur aagay badho.
