Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I(32) am the real son of my father. My father (62) is denying having any relationship with me and my mother (56) as he is totally in control of his mistress . My father has 2 sons from his mistress. My father is denying having any relationship with me and my mother. But we have all the evidences like id and address proof photographs of marriage of my mother marriage invitation card of my mother,125 crpc maintenance order in favour of my mother,R.O. under DV Act till the disposal of the case in favour of my mother for our house which has been sold by my father .

In each n every cases with us including the DV Act my father is just denying having any relationship with us and taking our case to longer. My mother stays illl these days and i am really worried about our house and property it is one ancestoral property which he has sold almost 90% .My mother has not got any legally married certificate and if we file civil case for it ,it might take 2-3 years.

But in the 125 CRPC Ex Party order it has been clearly mentioned that from the evidences it is seen that my mother is the wife of my father and hence the honourable court has granted the maintenance.

If is there any other way through which we can get our relationship proved sooner so that all the cases can be solved easily and justice can be done soon.If i go for DNA similar time frame of 2-3 years it will take.

other cases between my mother and father are:

1.125 CRPC for the enhancement of maintenance as it is only Rs.500 p.m.now.

2.DV Act case in which mother has claimed monetary relief of 7000pm.

3.My mother has got stay on mainteance on charge on a plot of land which is left to be sold .

4. I have filed case for cancelllation of the sale deed of our house making party the purchaser and my father basis it is one ancestoral property (Land) where my father has built this house in which my mother has got RO till the disposal of the DV Act case.

Please Suggest as both of my parents are on the edge of death and i am really worried about my house. Should i file DV Act through my wife against her father in law ( My father) to get another shared R.O. in favour of my wife for our stay in our house as in case of my mothers death we will be completely on road.

Please Suggest.

You can try and get a will or any document from your parents settling the property in favour of you.
