Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
(3) (a) A is the tenant in a building of which B is the landlord. The lease agreement entered into between
A and B did not contain any provision for cleaning, repairing and maintenance of building by the
landlord B. A wants to file a consumer complaint against the landlord for compensation for
omission to render the said services. Advise A whether he can file a consumer case.
