we are 8 tenants to form society
we are 8 members and 6 members are cooperating and 2 are non cooperating.2 non coop.members are builder themslf.builders are proposing for limited company.we as 6 members wants to form the society.what to do

Commence a meeting with the help of lawyer and ask the members to comply by rules and regulations.
