Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i have taken 200000 as token money against my house and now i changed my mind to sell that house, can i return that token money? i have also signed an agreement.

in case you have signed an agreement, then it is the earnest money and one has to go through the agreement for better advice.

u yourself can not revoke the agreement once signed
