Dear Sir / Madam,
1. Please visit any local Police Station and lodge your non-cognizable offence.
2. The concerned Police Sub-Inspector (PSI) on duty is bound by law to register your complaint.
3. On registration of your complaint, the Police will initiate necessary suitable action.
