Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
am 31 year old female from uttarakhand. I in great decompression and hope a help from you. i had married with a guy 18 month ago on recommendation of family and relatives but what information my relatives and guy himself gives me was all false and his wild behavior to consummate the marriage forced me to ran away from him. since from the 5th day of marriage im living away from him and he continuously threatening me by making phone calls. unfortunately my parents are not supporting me in any manner. our marriage is neither consummated nor registered according to marriage act, but in these 18 month i got involved in physical relation with a friend who is already married. is it possible that the marriage will be annulled in such case or is their any other way I don't want want to go back at any cost neither want any compensation from him. so please suggest me possible way to get independence from that guy.

dear you can file annulment of your marriage in court... once you get court decree you are free to move... if you have any difficulty in regards mail me at [email protected]
