Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Im 24 year old and i have been married for last 1 year 3 months. I have gone through a lot of mental torture from my husband and his mother. I have told about this to my parents but they want me to adjust and go. My husband is not ready to give divorce and even my parents dont want me to divorce him. What should i do in this sutation? And im from India and i got married under hindhu rituatls.

You could file a case under the Domestic Violence for protection from abuse.
As you do not want to live with him, you can file a petition for divorce on the ground of cruelty.
Dont pity yourself . You can torture your husband the same manner or worse but you need the courage to do so. You can file a complaint before CAWC against your husband and his family.Divorce him and as you have lot of grounds on which you can take him to task. You can ask for maintenance and residence from your husband under the Domestic Violence Act.Engage a good lawyer who would guide you properly and help you to heal your wounds.
