Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I am 46 years old ,now residing at Chennai , I have one elder brother and two younger brothers ,when my child hood (one and half year) my grand father Mr.K.Thangavel udayar have written a settlement on 1968 in my elder brother name Mr.P.Palanimuthu (when he was 6 years old )for our ancestral property ,the property was not earned by him ,it is coming hereditarily ,after me there are two children born to my father and he changed the patta in his name only on 2006 ,now my elder brother told As our grand father have written a settlement in his name only ,he can not give any share to us ,but I could understand the ancestral property cannot conveyed by means of settlement deed and all the sons are equally entitled for share in the property, so I filed the case at viruthachalam court ,the property worth will be Rs.50 lakhs, so I need a sound talented advocate to run this case at viruthachalam court ,the problem is now I am not able give any fees for the advocates ,if any advocate come forward to run this case, after winning the case ,we are ready to give 10% from the property ,if any body interested pl contact p.sundararajan mobile-9150300506 [email protected] -
