Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I am a 33 yr old married female. My mom has 2 elder brothers (elder brother has 1 female and younger has 2 sons )and mother. Her father (My grand father) expired 45 yrs ago. Properties (Agri land and home) are in the name of both my grand mother and grand father(some jointly and some individually). Recently i guess, my mom and her 2 brothers had their partition settled between . My mum is not willing to let me and my father know whether she got any/her share. She is towards her brothers' side. What can be done to get equal share from my uncle/grandma?

you are claiming through your mother and in case your mother is willing to relinquish her share in the property, there is a little you can do about it.
