Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Please help me..... There A,B,C,D My Mom(D)and My Father is (C) buy a land from (B) in 1991 on Stam duty paper and (B) buy the land from (A) 1969 on stamp duty paper. now the Grand son claiming the land .The (A)is 3 Brothers 2 of them alive and 1 is dead .the Deads son claiming the my father doesnt know the sale of the land but the signature of his avaialbe in doucment .he is not accepting that this his fathers signature .when land was sold in 1969 he was not born. please advise me what to do.....

Sir , your father mother are entitled to posses and anjoy the property which they bought from. B. And A s'grand son has no right to claim thier share since his grand father sold the property as per the law of the land with requisit registration formalities .you do not bother about his contention of refusing his father 's' signature. If he contineously giving any disdurbance you can file an injunction suit against that person in competent court of Law.
