Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Accordion to my grate grandfather will all assets will come to my grand father and the entire asset in the name of my father and grandfather Know my grandfather is not there and my grandfather as 1 son is my father and 6 daughter .and know my father�s sister and mother want seal all the assets dos I have any power to stop .did I have any right on asset please inform me.(Maximum assets are sold for my father�s sister marriage only).

All the legal heirs will equally inherit the ancestral property. Your father may be owner of only one seventh. You may be entitlted to your share out of his share at the time when partition takes place for which you may file a civil suit.
