take admission in INDRA GANDHI STADIUM

Respected Sir/Man

i am a father of 7 years old son.

i visited so many times in Indragandhi Stadium to take admission of my son, in gymnastic but the coach of gymnastic always regreat me. Sometimes he says that we have so many students so we cannot take another admission or some other execusis. So i am requesting you to Please give me some legal points/advices to fight with that coach.

you can file an application under Right to Information Act, seeking information that total seats, strength and available seats in gymnastic.

and any other information you want.

so after that you can legally fight with the concerned persons/authority.

It is not clear if the Stadium is owned by Govt or it is a private place;

If you entitled to admission of your son as per their rules, you may approach higher authorities in the management by making a representation.

The coach may also be correct; please deal with him with a cool mind without keeping litigation in your mind.
