adoption
is it possible to adopt a 28 years boy. if it possible then what formalities should be fulfill and how to proceed.
kindly also give a rights and duties.

Yes you can adopt provided you fullfilment the conditions like executing a adoption deed. It is better you contact personally as to formulate some advice for you.

Such question has not been raised before.
Adoption depends upon the cast or community you belong. In muslim adoption is not permissible, in Hindu Adoption is permissible Subject to following conditions
A) A boy should not be more then 15 years, unless there is a custom in the community which allows adoption of boy above 15 years.
So in your case,it is subject to the custom and tradition.
Now if there is a tradition prevailing in your community, about taking adoption of 15 yrs or above male, then you shall have to execute a adoption deed. There are various formalities that has to be taken care of while executing adoption deed, for which you shall have to approach the advocate personally.
One more things for adoption giving and taking of person is essential formality. That means the parents or guardian of child should given and adoptive parents should take the custoy of child.
