Registration of Adoption Deed is not necessary. Since nobody is challenging the adoption, therefore no need to be worried. Contact on the e-mail address below so that I may send you The Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act, 1956.

Registeration of adoption deed is not necessary. Since no one is challenging your adoption, please specify your requirement?
A valid adoption should comply with the requirements of Hindu Adoption & Maintenance Act 1956. You should buy a copy of the Act and read carefully. If you need any help/guidance, please feel free to write again.
