i am given advance payment from land seller

buy a land for (1800 sqft) after some reason i cannot able to buy from , i am request to return for my advance payment from him (land seller) he told some reason after that , he delay from us need one month time for return . after he delay . he making onely computer receipt for my based on advance payment and he make only revenue stamp and signature. kindly help me how i can get my advance refund amount from him. kindly help me

Dear Sir / Madam,

The seller is legally bound to refund your money paid as advance. As is evident from your mail, you have already issued two written reminders to the seller to refund your money. Please issue a final reminder to the seller to refund your advance failing which, lodge an FIR with the local police station in Puducherry for them to initiate further action in the matter.
