in the agreement copy 4 name are there. Father - Mother- 2 brother. If father & mother expired.than who will get rights.Sister unmaried. what's she rights

Dear Sir / Madam,
If there is no specific intent by the deceased parents, the two sons and the daughter will each get a 1/3rd right to the property effects of the deceased parents.
