Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
an agreement is signed between the four directors ,one is 1st party and other three are 2nd party an agreement is signed on 500 stamp paper with their sign and notary attested.the time for that agreement to complice is for one month now the time is lapse and as they have majority they have send me a notice for removal from the directorship of our company what i want to know is this possible.Coz in this agreement they commited that im the 1/4th sharer of everything so pls clear my this question thanku.

You cannot be removed from directorship.

you need to state the contents of agreement and it cannot be conclusively opined whether an adverse action can be taken against you or not unless all the details are known.
