Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I have a agricluture land bought in 2010. I m SC, seller is also SC. i have this land under me name in revenue.In 2012 few people came in and said they have their plots in my land.they bought it in late 80's and early 90's.none of them comes in SC. now they are threating me for legal action if i m not giving them their plots. when i bought this property no one claimed about it. i have passetion of tis peoperty since the day i bought it. i bought this land fron son. they have their documents signed by his father. i wasn't aware about it when i bought.when they asked me to leave there place i denied as bought properlly.now they are about to file istgasa under section 156(3) that i have been violent with them however nothing happend like that. what can happend to me in this case. Police also in their favour. please advice ASAP

File a complaint against the son u/s 420/423 of IPC to magistrate u/s 200 Crpc along with 156 (3) application.
